I am an experienced counselling psychologist in private practice since 2010. I offer a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore what’s happening, make sense of difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful change.

I work therapeutically with adults, adolescents, couples, and young children together with their parents. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or other emotional challenges, therapy can offer support, insight, and greater clarity.
